A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation inside a warehouse.The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the different tasks that have to be performed by the warehouse staff on a specific shift.The warehouse supervisor usually reports to a logistics manager. Education requirements for a Warehouse Supervisor Most companies would require a bachelor’s degree in logistics, but in some cases a candidate with a high school diploma or GED plus several years of experience in logistics will be hired also.For smaller warehouses the supervisor role requires experience instead of education and often an experienced material handler will be promoted to take charge of the warehouse activities.To become a successful warehouse supervisor is not easy and requires patience and experience.
